Honesty is the Best Policy: During the booking process, all release and consent forms must be completed. Please be truthful about your medical history, medications, and any concerns. This helps me provide the safest and best results for you.
Deposits are Love Letters to Your Appointment: Certain services require a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Deposits go toward your service, but if you cancel within the 24-hour window or no-call/no-show, your deposit will be forfeited.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy: Plans change, and I understand! Please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will result in a 50% fee chargedto the card on file.
No-Call/No-Shows: Missing your appointment without notice results in a 75% fee and immediate removal from my client list.
10-Minute Late Policy: Running late? You’ve got a 10-minute grace period unless we’ve agreed otherwise. Beyond that, your appointment may be canceled or adjusted to fit the remaining time.

Sanitization First, Always: I need time to clean and sanitize between clients. Please respect this by arriving on time for your appointment.
Ring the bell or Text When You’re Here: Wait in your car until your appointment time, then either text me or Ring the doorbell. Some services require privacy for clients, and your patience ensures everyone feels comfortable and cared for.
Avoid Early Entries: Please don’t enter the studio early, as I might still be wrapping up with another guest. Let’s respect everyone’s privacy!

Waxing Wisdom: Avoid caffeine and alcohol before your appointment to minimize sensitivity.
Lash Love Rules: Arrive with your eye area completely makeup-free for lash appointments—no oils, mascaras, or residue, please!
Keep Me in the Loop: Inform me of any changes in your medications, health, or skin conditions prior to your service. Your safety is always my top priority!
